6 Ladies, 3 Days, 1 Epic Adventure

Hey peeps! Im blogging something a little different for you today. Last week i set off to Queenstown for a few days to undertake the epic New Zealand tramping trail known as the Routeburn Track. I have had this on my bucket list since i could walk (almost) and it feels great to have finally completed it. To say it was AMAZING would be a huge understatement. All the talk and praise i had heard about this trail still didn't prepare me for how epic it was going to be. We were a

I photographed the lovely Mark and Celine a week before their wedding day for some pre-wedding photos. Celine was dressed beautifully in first a traditional white wedding gown and later in a gorgeous antique pink gown with loads of beautiful ruffles. Mark was very smart in his black and brown suits, the later matching perfectly with Celine's pink dress to create some stunning images for them to use at their wedding. Im super stoked with these images! It was such a pleasure to photograph this lovely couple. Kiki really was brave and faced the cold in a bright yellow dress which I was so impressed with because it was such a cold day! At the beginning of the week I took a drive out to Glenorchy to take shot photos of a group of tourists who were visiting New Zealand for 2 months from Thailand. It was a grey and dull afternoon but the rain held off for us for the time I had my camera out. It was great to meet these guys and they really enjoyed their photography session and now have some great pictures to show off to their families back home. #glenorchy #photography #holiday #tourist #vacation #queenstown #p

I had such a great time with these guys! I worked with Romana in my previous job as a nurse and when she & her family came down with some extended rellies for a holiday to Queenstown she wanted some family photos to take home with her. I never once had to promt these guys to smile, they were so happy and just goofed around together and it was easy to capture their close family bond. These images were all taken in Kelvin Heights under the beautiful golden willow trees #family

Here is my first portrait shoot since moving to Queenstown to live. There is certainly no shortage of beautiful backdrops to use in my photography and everywhere I go I take note of places where I want to come back to with clients. Jessie is here in New Zealand from China and wanted me to take photos of her to send home to her family. We headed out to the Kawerau river outlet and spent an hour in the sun that was fast dropping past the mountain. We had some spectacular light
